Home > BLOOM > The Art of Making DOUGHNUTS 🍩

For many students of Nigerian Universities, the exams are over or almost over. This means vacation (at least a short one). It also means the presence of the temptation of doing nothing particularly useful and just holidaying.

In order to combat the Idle Mind, the Uzommiri Study Centre in a BLOOM activity has asked university students to come and learn how to prepare doughnuts.

Doughnuts are sweetened or unsweetened, ring shaped fried dough. They serve as dessert food or snacks.

In a survey carried out by Dawn Foods in 2018, it was discovered that over 10 billion doughnuts are served in the US every year.

There are many recipes for making doughnuts but this one taught at the Uzommiri Centre can be trusted since the activity was moderated by an experienced chef.
